Alia has truly embraced the flowers this season as she embraced their bloom & colours on her ethnic wear at her friend Devika Advani’s wedding and recently at the Ambani bash in Switzerland. We feel that this romance with the flowers will continue to set the tone for the upcoming wedding season, especially the summers. Alia’s appearance at the Ambani bash was in continuity with this floral fancy as her skirt & smartly crafted blouse took the oomph quotient northwards. No wonder no one is feeling cold in St Moritz inspite of the weather chill.

Wearing virtually no makeup; Alia let her skin do the talking with dewy hues dominating her look across these fantabulous day functions around the wedding. The minimalist approach worked wonders as it went very well with the attire and fun & bright themes of the events in Delhi.

Sarees are already big this season but when you are the leading lady of tinsel town you gotta do more than just pick up a saree. Alia’s choice of Sharara Saree by Manish Malhotra was a real winner. While some thought her choice of hairstyle and makeup wasn’t that great with this look, we feel that like everything else these days; Alia got this right too.
Dazzle the night
The minimilistic, floral & somewhat pastel fervour turned upside down when Alia put on this grey and lilac lehenga by Koesch for her besties’ wedding. Bold design on the blouse coupled with the missing neck piece, highlighted the true beauty that Alia is. The ear pieces compensated for the lack of gemstones in the look but what was most stunning was that gleaming makeup with a breathtaking inset of those expressive, charming eyes. No doubt this was our favorutie look and it left millions spellbound on the internet. Alia stunned us before also with a similar ensemble at the Akash- Shloka engagement. Her gorgeous Abu Jani- Sandeep Khosla Lehnga Choli made her look like a dream. Keep spelling this magic you beauty.
But it hasn’t been all sparkle and lights for Alia at the evening events; being the versatile beauty that she is, Alia did something completely different for Isha Ambani’s wedding as her Blue & Ivory Manish Malhotra Lehnga carried the aura of simplicity while her bold & bright makeup lit up the evening quite literally.
