Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif tied the knot on the December 9 2021. The wedding details were kept so discrete that, when both of them posted their pictures they took Instagram by a storm. Obviously a lot of hearts were broken seeing the two heart throb get married to each other but well no one could really resist themselves from going “aww” by looking at the pictures. The Venue of a Dream Wedding
The two Bollywood superstars got married at the Six Senses Hotel, situated in Barwara in Rajasthan’s Sawai Madhopur district. From the pictures that have surfaced it surely does look like a fairy tale wedding. White and yellow flowers were majorly seen popping as the decoration of the wedding. White cloth hanging has been used too. This was an outdoor wedding set up around a lot of greenery and it also was a day wedding, giving the newly weds the perfect sunset for their wedding pictures.
What Kat wore: She looked like an absolute Indian princess!
Katrina Kaif wore a Sabyasachi lehenga and was styled by Anita Shroff. Kat wore an elegant and exquisite dual matha patti and a statement choker for her wedding by Sabya. She chose to go with the traditional red lehenga but with extreme detailing.
The kaleeras that Katrina Kaif is wearing has been intricately designed by Mrinalini Chandra. These kaleeras are very uniquely made since the charm and the coins in the kaleeras are actually handwritten messages. Each of her bangle carried 6-7 messenger doves and she wore it ahead of her churas. Katrina wore her another set of kaleeras made by Rahul Luthra alongside her Mrinalini Chandra kaleeras.
Vicky and Katrina’s journey towards forever was sealed by sparkling Tiffany. Katrina adorns a pristine sapphire platinum ring. It is actually a diamond and sapphire ring and fun fact Princess Diana wore a famous Sapphire ring herself on her engagement to Princess Charles.
The mangal sutra that Katrina had on her seems simple and tasteful. It is not a very heavy one but it does have two drop down diamonds, alongside black ad gold beads chain, adding to the Kat’s wedding sparkle. Katrina’s mangalsutra is a version of Sabyasachi’s Bengal Tiger Mangalsutra. Katrina also had a big nath which did not appear to be heavy , it was plain ring with a string of beads attaching to the hair.
As for the make up it is very much evident that Kat went for a subtle and soft makeup.
